iPhone app maps out crimes against children in Osaka

Crimeprevention_iphone

Osaka-based startup Feedtailor has a new iPhone app that helps concerned parents find out where potential crimes against children occurred. It’s a mashup of Google Maps and an email service by the Osaka police department that transmits this info regularly. I don’t have kids, but I do like reenacting crime scenes in my head so this might be useful for that. If I lived in Osaka and had an iPhone, that is.

  1. This is a nifty app hope they bring it to the US, it’d really be useful. But we already know the culprit its the elusive pedo-bear!
